Curry powder - Indian style

115 gm Red Chillies
60 gm Peppercorns
30 gm Mustard
15 gm Cumin

30 gm Poppy Seeds
15 gm Split Bengal Gram
10 gm Cloves
5 gm Cinnamon
5 gm Cardamom
Preparation :
1. Dry and powder fine.
2. Sieve through a fine sieve.
3. Store it in a airtight container.
